Bassand</lom:string></lom:title><lom:language>fra</lom:language><lom:description><lom:string language="fre">L’espaces public sous ses différentes formes (rues, places, parcs, halles publiques…), est une composante essentielle de la ville. Le sociologue suisse Michel Bassand (2001) propose de concevoir la ville non pas comme une réalité uniquement physique, figée dans le temps, mais comme un phénomène, le phénomène urbain, qui subit un processus de transformation permanente. Cette transformation est due essentiellement aux orientations politiques, économiques, culturelles ainsi que des usages.
