Afin d’analyser ce phénomène, les auteurs de cette ressource présentent quatre types de migrations. Tout d'abord, ils abordent les motifs et les développements des flux migratoires, puis ils présentent la gestion des flux par les autorités civiles et religieuses. Enfin, les mémoires des migrations religieuses sont développées.
