Après avoir introduit le sujet, ils abordent les mémoires des quatre flux migratoires (la péninsule ibérique, le Royaume-Uni, le royaume de France et l’Empire Ottoman) étudiés dans l'espace euro-méditerranéen.
Les thèmes suivants sont ainsi proposés : « Mémoires autour des morisques et des juifs en Espagne et au Maroc », « de la pale aux peace lines », « le réfugié huguenot, « la représentation de l’émigration par des intellectuels libanais établis en Egypte ».
